Equipment
We have invested in high end, state of the art equipment such as depositors, computerized ovens, mixers, slcing machines and pastry rollers. We combine this technology with traditional recipes and baking techniques to create our fine cakes and pastries.

Storage/Refrigeration
All of our finishing & decorating is carried out in a carefully monitored temperature controlled environment. We have over 1000 sq. ft. of cold storage and freezer space, which ensures we have a good supply of stock in the event of short notice orders. Our chilled & freezer storage is monitored 24 hours a day by Televis, a state of the art computerised temperatured monitoring system which keeps temperature records of all refridgerated areas fifteen minute intervals and notifies our HACCP officer immediately in teh event of a sudden temperature rise in the colled environment.

We believe that any company , which operate a demanding and strict hygiene regime will not only protect the consumer but will also help provide the best quality product. At our bakery , a stringent HACCP system is one of our top priorities. All of our staff have HACCP training and receive update courses on a regular basis.

Service
For regular everyday orders we deliver six days per week (Monday-Sunday) in the
Dublin area. Orders placed will be delivered before 1pm the next day. For large orders (one pallet or more) orders must be placed ine week in advance.
